There is a one-time digitizing fee. Fees are waived on some large orders and some sales. Contact us to see if you qualify for this, or to get a quote on your digitizing price.

Digitizing is the process where we take your logo/text and create actual stitch paths for the machine to use to sew. This is not the same as having a vector file or CAD file. A completely different process is involved.

We embroider your logo up to 14 inches wide on jackets and work shirts. The size depends on your logo's proportions. Please contact us for any special requirements. Our goal is always to maximize the design's size.

The center front measures 5.5 inches by 2 inches high. The offset front panel is 2.75 inches by 2 inches. Theoretically, we can embroider 270 degrees on a hat, roughly from ear to ear, without removing it from the machine.

No, some of our jacket designs require up to 130,000 stitches for the back alone.

Yes, we can accommodate that at an additional cost. However, not all logos are suitable for this process. Logos with wider lettering or graphics are preferable. Thin lettering or overly large filled areas tend not to yield good results.

We have a stock of approximately 70 colors. Listing them all is challenging, but essentially, we offer all standard colors along with various lighter and darker shades of each.
